Archie Lawson ran an 800m PB at Stretford last Tuesday with 1.53.26.
Trail and Road Racing
James Wisbey won the Top of the Wolds 10k multi terrain race by about 200 metres in a time of 37.06. This is James last race for the club before he goes on a work placement for a year. Dave Lancaster was 1st vet 65 in the Nortowrun 5 miles race in a time of 36.04.
Parkrun
14 members of the club did parkrun over the weekend. Imogen Brown came 1st at Dalby Forest in 21.28 with Harriet Brown coming 3rd at this event in 22.48. India Ibbotson came 2nd at Heslington in 20.28. There were veteran age group wins for Steve Wright, Dave Lancaster and Jon Blake with junior age group wins for Wilson Moisey-Smith and Noah Stipetic.
