Track and Field
The National Finals of the Young Athletes League took place in Manchester over the weekend. The club’s upper and lower age group teams qualified for the third year running and came 3rd and 5th respectively.
Road Racing
Dan Cheeseman came 6th in Sunday’s Middlesborough 10k in 32.48.
Parkrun
16 members of the club did parkrun over the weekend. Simon Bolland -cage came 2nd on the Knavesmire in 16.04 with Tim Pattison also coming 2nd at Trentham Gardens in Stoke in 18.56. Allan Scott came 3rd at Heslington in 18.41. There were veteran age group wins for Jon Blake, Dave Lancaster and Steve Wright with junior age group wins for Alana Reveley and Wilson Moisey-Smith. Rafael Palmer and Noah Stipetic were 1st and 2nd in the York Junior Parkrun.
